We guarantee that our wines are exclusively produced, aged and bottled at « Château Beauséjour ».
Our bottle prices as well as the delivery charges are valid for the calendar year from the date of the order and include all taxes included (VAT) in Metropolitan France.
The minimum number of bottles that we can deliver to you is: 6 for bottles 75 cl, 12 for ½ bottles, and 1 for Magnums, Jéroboams and Impériales. Shipments are made within 5 working days after we receive your order. Please contact us for delivery outside Metropolitan France.

The goods are transported at the consignee's risk. Conformity of items received must be checked at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier’s delivery note. In case of contention, all possible remarks have to be mentionned on the receipt. In this case, please inform us by letter. Any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Libourne.
Any claims or disputes will be attentively and carefully evaluated and those who take the trouble to explain the circumstances are always presumed to be honest.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact « Château Beauséjour » to try and find an agreed solution. Should this fail, the 'Tribunal de Commerce' at Libourne (France) is the only competent court whatever the place of delivery and whatever means of payment is accepted.
